What's the best morning massage routine?

Hello hello hello

Long time no see everyone!

 

As I realized recently, there has to be an intermediary routine to add at the beginning of my day, but before I start doing my neijiaquan sessions, and I figured it must be the ever-famous "rubbing and tapping" promoted by so many schools and teachers.

There used to be a ton of videos and articles but recently I have a feeling that the internet has inflated so much it's impossible to get to the good old bootleg stuff :D or maybe I'm just way less patient these days <_<
Please, please share your favorite self massage/tapping routines that go well with your other practices :)
