External Characteristics of the Four Dhyanas

當你的程度只有第一禪定的時候，你一定會動

 

當你到達第二禪定的時候，你一定有光

 

當你達到第三禪定的時候，你一定有最初的圓月

 

當你達到第四禪定的時候，你一定有曼陀羅

 

When your level is only the first jhāna, you will definitely move

When you reach the second jhāna you must have light

When you reach the third jhāna you must have the first full moon

When you reach the fourth jhāna, you must have  mandalas

 

如果你想驗證我說的是真的還是假的，你就來練看看，如果你傾向佛教，我就用佛教的方式教你

 

就看你願不願意用你的實際行動來做證明

 

If you want to verify whether what I said is true or false, come and practice it. If you are inclined towards Buddhism, I will teach you the Buddhist way.

只要是練對的，任何系統都可以互通

 

但是唯一證明的辦法，就是你自己也跳下來練

 

證明這是互通的

 

否則我跟你說互通的

 

你也只能選擇相信或者不相信

其實四個禪定和中脈七輪之間是可以互相對照的

 

但是前提是我得知道你練到哪裡

 

否則對一個沒有練到的人來說，內在的東西跟表面上的名詞是兩回事的

 

而知識上的延伸沒有用處

 

我寫這些東西都只有一個企圖

 

就是希望有人親身來練
