內功這個名詞只有用在氣功上面，沒有用在丹道上面

 

所以內功這個名詞只包含練氣的程度

 

不包含所有的功態

 

當然也不包含比練氣更高級的功態

氣強的人，烏肝會出現花紋線條

內心有貪著的人，烏肝容易停留在暖色系
