Spicyfood Posted July 13, 2022 Hello everyone, I must have spent ten minutes figuring out what to say. I'm new to this forum and a complete beginner in Eastern internal arts and cultivation practices. Years ago, I remember reading discussions about the Flying Phoenix system. (my background is really just western esotericism/occult stuff) This last weekend, I was drawn to this forum and decided that I'd give it a go. There are DVDs in the mail and soon, I'll be beginning a proper practice!
