Trevcaru Posted June 19, 2009 Here is a Wujifa video for anyone who is interested in dantian training. This video deals more directly with the inguinal creases (the kua), which is essential for internal martial arts and allows the opportunity for the dantian to have the freedom to manifest. Very essential, looks basic, but very profound.

I find Bodri can be a little 'stiff' in his views (ie his way =only way) and he can be a little commercial in some recommendations. Still he is master and scholar and very generous to give out such volumous books (705 pages!) Michael

tumoessence Posted October 19, 2009 I just finished reading "The White Dominican" a novel by Gustav Meyrink written in the 1920's inspired by taoist alchemy. Great stuff. He talks about reversing the water wheel, the true breath, and other things that are artistically great expressions of the path. A bit old fashioned in tone, but is still worth the read.
