The foundation of small medicine can be laid in a hundred days.
The small medicine mentioned here refers to black liver light.
About 80% of people can produce black liver light after 100 days through normal practice.
Black liver is a small medicine. Small medicines are the basis of alchemy.
Black liver, also known as wood, is transformed from water.
Water is air.
The source of black liver is Qi.
So when the black liver is produced, the qi will be transferred to the black liver.
The feeling of qi will diminish until it disappears.
When all the qi is transferred to the black liver, the foundation of Xiaoyao（small medicine） has been successfully laid.

 

一百天就可以打好小藥的基礎。
這裡所說的小藥是指烏肝光。
大約百分之八十的人透過正常的修煉，在一百天之後就可以產生烏肝光。
烏肝就是小藥。小藥就是煉丹的基礎。
烏肝又稱為木，是由水轉化而來。
水就是氣。
烏肝的來源就是氣。
所以當烏肝產生之後，氣會被轉移到烏肝。
氣的感覺會減弱，直到消失。
當所有的氣轉移到烏肝之後，就成功打好小藥的基礎了。

陽生二階段所產生的一些特殊形狀的光就是金丹的雛形。
陽生發生的時機就是陰陽交替到了陰的極點之後回到陽的狀態所產生。
第一階段只能產生更強的氣，或者更強的烏肝光。
第二階段才能產生具有特殊幾何形狀的光。
這些特殊幾何形狀的光就是金丹的雛形，也就是胎兒。
胎兒通常會在努力十個月之後發生。
但是每個人的情況不同，有的人可能半年就能成功，有的人可能要好幾年。
如果一個練錯的人可能一輩子都無法達成。

No movement, clear edges.
Similarly, if a person practices wrongly, he may not be able to produce mature rabbit medulla for a lifetime.

 

哺乳就是開啟心竅的過程會在陽生的時機產生白色的兔髓光。
一個很有天賦的人如果練對了，會在三年之後，產生兔髓光。
兔髓光剛開始出現在陽生的時機。
白色的光會在陽生的時機出現在正中間，並且從中間快速擴展到整片。
這樣的情況會不斷地發生，直到兔髓光成熟之後，就不會出現在陽生的時機，而是出現在陰裡面的陽的時機。
成熟的兔髓出現在陰裡面的陽，浮現如同天上的圓月。
不會移動，邊緣清楚。
同樣的，如果一個人練錯，可能一輩子都無法產生成熟的兔髓光。

This is different from the blue light of Wugan. The blue light of Wugan appears in front of the background, but the blue light in the hole opened by the wall appears in the infinite space behind the background.
If a talented person practices correctly, he may be able to produce a golden elixir nine years later, and this wall will appear.

 

面壁就是大藥已經產生之後，小藥就會消失，剩下產生小藥的背後的牆。
小藥產生的時候，小藥會出現在背景的前方。
大藥產生之後，小藥消失，只剩下後面的背景牆壁。
這個背景牆壁會打開一個巨大的洞。
這個巨大的洞如同秋冬的天空，非常深邃的藍。
這跟烏肝的藍光是不同的，烏肝的藍光是出現在背景前方的，但是面壁所打開的洞中藍光是出現在背景後方的無限空間。
有天賦的人如果練對，或許能夠在九年之後產生金丹大藥，並且出現這道牆。

Once one enters into the thought and practice of the method of transporting, the black liver medicine cannot be produced, and the alchemy scriptures cannot be understood.
Because the Danjing（the alchemy scriptures） starts from the construction foundation of Xiaoyao（the small medicine）.

 

最常見的歧路就是把小藥當成氣感，因此把注意力放在氣感上面。
當注意力被放在氣感上面，並且集中在加強氣感，運轉氣感，烏肝小藥就會消失。
這種練法就是搬運法的特徵。
而搬運法是現在的主流。
幾乎只要是找老師都屬於這種搬運法。

一旦進入了搬運法的思想和練法，烏肝小藥就無法產生，丹經也就看不懂了。
因為丹經是從小藥的建築基礎開始的。

Yin and yang are the yin and yang of consciousness, the existence of consciousness is yang, and the disappearance of consciousness is yin.
The alternation of yin and yang is the sinking and rising of consciousness.

 

另外一條歧路就是有些人會保留部分的烏肝光。這個部分的烏肝和氣同時並存。
這類的人有些會保留這個部分的烏肝，並停留不動，有些會繼續繞行ＭＣＯ。
不管是那一種，只要是使用意念去控制氣，這樣的人就再也無法進入先天狀態。
這裡所說的先天狀態並不是指在身體繞行的氣，而是在陰陽交替之下回復到陽的光或氣。
先天狀態的產生一定是經由陰陽交替才能出現。
陰陽就是意識的陰陽，意識存在就是陽，意識消失就是陰。
陰陽交替就是意識的下沉和上浮。

也就是下沈的意識本來應該是失去意識，但是當陽出現在陰當中，就會產生另外一種深度的覺知狀態。
也就是當你的身體失去意識，你的內在會產生一種深度的覺知。
這個深度的覺知會越來越清楚，直到有一天，完全取代陰。
這個狀態稱為純陽。
到達純陽之後，就會開始產生大藥。

在產生大藥之前，當陰中產生陽的時候，就會先產生成熟的兔髓光。
成熟兔髓的光就如同天上的圓月，完全不動，邊緣清楚。
也就是當你進入身體熟睡，但是內在清醒的狀態，經過三年之後，就會在這個狀態，產生成熟的兔髓光。
在你進入這個狀態的時候，就會浮現一輪明月。
但是如果你不讓你的意識下沉，這樣的情況就不會出現。
如果你持續使用你的意識去控制氣，這樣的情況就永遠不會出現。

如果你很有天賦，你的初級兔髓可能會在四年之後產生，你的成熟兔髓可能會在八年之後產生。
這裡所說的天賦，當然包含避開任何可能的歧路。
其中一個歧路就是欲界幻境。

Or when you consider the illusion to be real content, the illusion also becomes clearer.
These all happen in the Yin state.
So when you don't organize your thoughts in the yang state, your thoughts will thrive in the yin state.
Makes you think you've entered the spirit world. Or make you think you can fly around the world. Or make you think you can generate magical powers.

 

欲界幻境就是在你的意識下沉之後，會產生的各種大腦皮質層的影像。
有些幻境跟夢境一樣。有些幻境跟VR眼鏡一樣，非常驚人。
有些幻境跟你的雜念一樣。
而當你產生了想要看清楚的慾望，或者想要控制幻境的慾望，幻境就會變得更清楚。
或者當你認為幻境是真實的內容，幻境也會變得更清楚。
這些都是在陰的狀態下發生的。
所以當你在陽的狀態下沒有整理好你的思想，你這些思想就會在陰的狀態下茁壯成長。
讓你以為你進入了靈界。或者讓你以為你可以飛行環遊世界。或者讓你以為你可以產生神奇的力量。

Of course, if a person does not see the illusion that is generated within himself, and continues to provide the source of the illusion's power, then the illusion will continue to appear.

 

一個有天賦的人會在幻境出現的時候或是之後看見他自己內心的慾望和思想是如何引發這些幻境的。
當一個人能夠看見這些幻境的來源是來自於他的內心沒有整理好的思想或者情緒的時候，這些幻境就不會對他產生影響。
這些幻境會如同滾水中蒸發的水氣一樣，蒸發了之後，就消失了。
當然如果一個人沒有看見他自己內心所引發的幻境，而持續地提供幻境力量的來源，那幻境就會持續出現。

But the real test comes after the consciousness sinks.
When your consciousness sinks, the cerebral cortex begins to produce hallucinations, can you still maintain this awareness?

After you reach this point, you will notice that your sleep changes.
You stop dreaming.

 

所以兔髓的出現代表一個意義，就是你整理好你的內在情緒和思想了。那些大腦皮質層所產生的影像也如同蒸汽一樣消失了。
當你做到這一點之後，兔髓光才會出現。

我所說的做到這一點就是你讓你的意識下沉之後，這些幻境出現了又消失了，然後再也不會出現。

很多人以為在日常生活中做到思想和情緒的整理就夠了。
但是真正的考驗是在意識下沉之後。
當你的意識下沉之後，大腦皮質層開始產生幻境，你還能保持這樣的覺知嗎？

當你達到這一點之後，你會發現你的睡眠改變了。
你不做夢了。

所以兔髓的出現，一定伴隨一個現象，就是無夢的睡眠。

而成熟的兔髓一定伴隨一個現象，就是醒覺的睡眠。

也就是你每天的睡眠只有身體睡著了，你的內在覺知沒有睡著。

剛開始你可能會聽到你的打鼾聲，你可能會覺得你的打鼾聲很吵，但是你很快就會發現，外界的聲音也消失了，你的身體睡著了，但是你是醒著的狀態。

到後來你的睡眠就如同潛水一樣，你的意識下沉，然後轉化為深度覺知，然後停留在那裡，直到早晨身體醒來為止。
你可能覺得你的意識只有下沉十分鐘，但是已經一個晚上過去了。

Most likely like a ceiling fan spinning.
Probably like the snowflakes that appear when a transistor TV fails.
Most likely a hexagon.

It is likely to be a bunch of Chinese characters or Sanskrit that you cannot understand.
Most likely a bunch of little squares.
Most likely a large circle full of impurities.
Appeared at the time of Yangsheng.

When your fetus matures, your fetus will become a super big full moon.
At this time, your yin and yang alternation will also disappear, and you will only be left with pure yang.
The previous yin completely disappears, your consciousness will not sink, it will just be directly transformed.
Transition directly from consciousness to depth perception.
But this sense of depth is almost as clear as your consciousness.

This super big full moon is the same as a mature rabbit marrow, it does not move, and its edges are clear.

At the same time, your physiological phenomenon will also change. Men will have no semen, and women will have no menstrual blood.

When these phenomena occur at the same time, you will know that your cultivation has produced a breakthrough.

 

當你的成熟兔髓出現之後，你的胎兒也將要成熟了。

你的胎兒剛開始可能是一堆細碎的小圓點。
很可能像天花板的吊扇旋轉。
很可能像電晶體電視故障時候所出現的雪花。
很可能是一個六角形。
很可能是一個正方形。
很可能是一堆你看不懂的中文字或者梵文。
很可能是一堆小正方形。
很可能是充滿雜質的大圓形。
出現在陽生的時機。

當你的胎兒成熟之時，你的胎兒就會變成一個超級大圓月。
這時候你的陰陽交替也會消失，你只剩下純粹的陽。
之前的陰完全消失，你的意識不會下沉，只會直接轉換。
直接從意識轉換成深度覺。
但是這個深度覺清晰得跟你的意識差不多一樣清楚。

這個超級大圓月跟成熟兔髓一樣，不會動，邊緣清楚。

同時你的生理現象也會改變，男人會沒有精液，女人會沒有經血。

當這些現象同時發生，你會知道你的修煉產生突破了。

當一個走過這一切的人說出一切的內容之後，下德之人只會大笑。

當你選擇使用意識控制氣的時候，你就阻擋了演化之路。

當你選擇使用你的意識繞行ＭCO的時候，你就已經走上了旁門左道。

旁門左道通常是最多人走的那條路。

有時候在網路上教學，我就會遇到一些素質比較差的，比較功利主義的人，日記的門檻就可以把這樣的人過濾掉。

我教學不收費，只收日記，因為只有真正想練的人，才有能力寫出修行日記。

用日記去除掉功利主義者，幾乎可以過濾掉百分之九十以上的人。

這些人通常只是好奇，想要從修煉當中獲得什麼東西。

而這類純粹好奇卻帶著功利主義的人，不是我有興趣的人。

通常有這種悟性的人在道家稱為「道心」，在佛家稱為「菩提心」，都是數於非常少數的人。

而只有這樣的人，才有希望可以成就金丹。

我在教學過程會遇到很多為了健康因素而學習氣功的人。這類人的思想和修行者有非常大的差異。當然我不排除也有同時對於健康和修行有興趣的人。
而我的目標非常明確，不是為了單純想為追求健康的人。
而是為了想要修煉金丹的人。這是我非常明確的目標。
為了避免花太多時間在單純追求健康的人身上，我要求要寫日記，這樣我才有辦法知道這個人到底是為了修煉還是為了健康。

我不收費是因為我不願意把時間花在只有追求健康的人身上，或者品行有問題的人身上。我要找的是修煉者，這樣的人在茫茫人海中，就如同鑽石一樣的稀少。
但是這樣的人如果看到我寫的文章，他就會知道我所講的就是他所要找的道法。
我不是一個汽車銷售員，不是越多客戶越好。對我來說教學完全沒有獲得任何利益。
功利主義者是完全無法理解我這樣的行為的。
但是一個內心通透的實修者他會了解，而我等的就是這樣的人，我知道這樣的人很少，但是我不在乎。

搬運法的修煉問題會把氣搬運的大多是初學者，進階者因為已經搬運很多年了，所以通常已經產生慣性。

所以這些進階者的問題不會是用後天意識搬運氣。而是無法放棄後天意識。
這些無法放棄後天意識的搬運法進階者，就會進入頑空定。
頑空定是一種假的虛空，是搬運法進階者最容易陷入的坑之一。

Consciousness consists of six levels, the vision of the eyes, the hearing of the ears, the smell of the nose, the taste of the tongue, the touch of the body and consciousness.

So the hidden bag of consciousness and the senses shut down, exactly the same as going into deep sleep.

Therefore, hearing and physical sense of touch are usually used to judge whether acquired consciousness has stopped.

If you can still hear the sound or feel the body, it means that the acquired consciousness has not stopped.

It is impossible to have innate until acquired consciousness stops functioning.

Advanced practitioners of the transfer method use a depressive method to suppress the attention on one point, thinking that if the mind does not move, it is already in meditation. And the biggest feature of this way of meditation is that there is no evolution of yang.
So as long as we see a senior practitioner who has no yangsheng evolution, we know that he is an advanced practitioner of the transfer method and has fallen into a state of obstinate emptiness.

 

搬運法進階者把後天意識當成先天意識，分不出後天和先天有什麼不同。
其實後天和先天非常容易區分，當意識隱藏之後，先天才會出現。

意識包含六個層面，眼睛的視覺，耳朵的聽覺，鼻子的嗅覺，舌頭的味覺，身體的觸覺和意識。

所以意識的隱藏包還這些感官都停止運作了，就跟進入深度睡眠是完全相同的。

因此通常會用聽覺和身體的觸覺來判斷是否已經停止後天意識。

如果還聽得到聲音或者身體還有感覺，那就是沒有停止後天意識。

在後天意識沒有停止運作之前，都不可能有先天。

搬運法的進階者採用一種壓抑的方式，把注意力壓制在一個點上，以為心念不會移動就已經是入定。而這樣的入定方式最大的特徵就是沒有陽生的演化。
所以只要看到一個沒有陽生演化的資深修煉者，我們就知道他就是一個搬運法進階者，陷入頑空定的狀態。

 

Usually, those who have practiced the transfer method for several years will enter this state, almost without exception.
Unless he can fully realize from within that his understanding of consciousness is completely wrong, there will be no chance of conversion.

 

通常練了好幾年的搬運法練習者就會進入這樣的狀態，幾乎沒有一個例外。
除非他能從內在徹底覺悟到他對意識的了解完全錯誤，才可能有轉變的機會。
 

 

But it is very difficult and it takes a lot of courage to have a breakthrough.

Because experienced practitioners of the transportation method will produce an air cocoon outside the body due to long-term MCO.
This cocoon also affects his mind, making it very difficult for him to see the inner consciousness because of the prolonged outward projection of his attention.

 

但是這是非常困難的，必須有很大的勇氣才能產生突破。

因為資深搬運法練習者因為長期的ＭＣＯ會在體外產生一個氣繭。
這個繭同時會影響他的思想，讓他非常難以看見內在的意識，這是因為他的注意力長期向外投射的緣故。

 

I have met many experienced practitioners of the transfer method who have similar auras and enter into similar obstinate emptiness, and such people are difficult to change.

And beginners have not been misled, it is better to communicate.

 

我遇到過很多資深搬運法練習者，都有類似的氣場，進入類似的頑空定，而這樣的人是很難改變的。

而初學者還沒有被誤導，還是比較好溝通的。

 

So I will choose to give up too much communication with such people, mainly for this reason.

 

所以我會選擇放棄和這樣的人有太多的交流，主要是這個原因。

 

Because a savvy beginner can produce a small medicine in three months and conceive in a year.

Teaching a savvy beginner will take many times less effort than teaching an experienced transfer practitioner.

Mainly to save effort.

 

因為一個有悟性的初學者，三個月就可以產生小藥，一年就可以結胎。

教一個有悟性的初學者所花費的力氣會比跟一個資深搬運法練習者少上許多倍。

主要是省力。

 

Because my purpose of teaching this on the Internet is very simple, that is, to hope that someone can achieve the golden elixir.

 

因為我在網路上教這些的目的很簡單，就是希望有人能夠達到金丹。

 

It may take a year for a savvy beginner to conceive.
But an experienced practitioner who insists on projecting the divine fire outward may not be able to turn the direction back inward for a lifetime.
As long as he cannot turn his direction back inward, he cannot conceive at all.
Even the time to practice black liver is several times longer than that of beginners.

Moreover, most experienced practitioners of the transfer method are quite arrogant and difficult to communicate with.

My personal energy is limited, so I choose to keep a distance from such people.

 

一個有悟性的初學者可能花上一年就能結胎。
但是一個堅持把神火向外投射的資深搬運法練習者，可能一輩子都無法把方向轉回內在。
只要他無法把方向轉回內在，就完全無法結胎。
甚至連練出烏肝的時間都要花上比初學者好幾倍的時間。

而且資深搬運法練習者大多相當自傲，不容易溝通。

我個人的精力有限，因此我選擇和這樣的人保持距離。

The full moon of rabbit marrow must be born in Yin.
Therefore, if a person's practice does not enter the yin state, it is 100% impossible to produce a full moon of rabbit marrow, let alone a full moon born of three stages of yang, which is completely impossible.

Black livers are usually round in shape. If you cannot see the white round light, it is said to be a full moon. A white black liver is not a full moon.

So how can I tell if a student is practicing correctly? I just need to see if he has practiced yin and yang alternation. If not, then he has practiced wrongly.

不是白色的圓光就是滿月。

烏肝也會有白色的圓光。

滿月出現的時機非常重要，必須是三階段陽生。

但是因為三階段陽生太難講清楚，我先不說，我先說最基礎的兔髓滿月。

兔髓滿月必須產生於陰。
所以一個人的練習如果沒有進入陰的狀態，百分之百不可能產生兔髓滿月，更別說是三階段陽生的滿月，那是完全不可能的事情。

而烏肝通常都是圓形的。不能看到白色的圓光就說是滿月。白色的烏肝不是滿月。

所以我如何看出一個學生練得對不對，我就看他有沒有練出陰陽交替，如果沒有，那就是練錯了。

The true alchemy begins with the repetition of yin and yang.
The level of water and fire will produce wood, and wood belongs to yang. But you have to enter Yin to have a chance to produce gold.
Only by constantly alternating between wood and metal can there be a chance to produce golden elixir.

But most people are mostly at the level of water and fire, and they will lose it after practicing.
Therefore, rabbit marrow cannot be produced.
Jin Dan is even more impossible.
So if the direction at the beginning is wrong, there is no way to evolve the later part.

 

真正的丹道始於陰陽反覆。
水火的層次會產生木，木屬於陽。但是要進入陰，才有機會產生金。
不斷的在木和金之間反覆交替，才有機會產生金丹。

但是大部分的人多在水和火的層次，練完就沒有了。
因此兔髓就不可能產生。
金丹就更不可能了。
所以一開始的方向如果錯了，就沒辦法演化出後面的部分。

九年面壁，是來自於呂祖詩。在呂祖詩當中，九年代表煉成金丹。三千也是九年的代名詞。
