Anyone on TRT that also practices sexual alchemy?

I'm on TRT, but I have no idea what sexual alchemy is I'm afraid. 

 

In terms of general libido, there's a very slight improvement. But not as significant as everyone else suggests. Same with energy levels.

 

The only significant difference is a feeling of wholeness. Whereas before I often felt like I would collapse under the slightest ill-will, I now have a lot more emotional integrity. 

 

I don't practice daoist alchemy, and honestly I'm not sure if that would be suitable for someone on TRT. But you should probably speak to a teacher about that.
