Gerard Posted May 11, 2008 I think you should read this excellent book: Qigong Empowerment: A Guide to Medical, Taoist, Buddhist, Wushu Energy Cultivation. Liang, S.Y., Wu, W.C. & Breiter-Wu, D. (1997) They call it the "Qigong Bible." Link: http://www.amazon.com/Qigong-Empowerment-M...n/dp/1889659029

Wun Yuen Gong Posted May 11, 2008 Thanks, ill check out that book as well the websites, im not after any chi kung or medititation just looking into the chakras. I dont have chakra practices in my Daoist arts or my buddhist arts (shaolin internal) so looking to see what they would do for me that chi kung and my meditation practices i already have. Whats better opening the 3 dan tians or the 7 chakras? WYG
