You actually prevent that by doing this: And before you are able to do that start by practising all the countless exercises He Jinghan has skilfully designed after 50 years of Ba Gua and Tai Chi practice. All readily available on his YouTube channel. The name of this 'cure' is called: GROUNDING. On a daily basis as if you brush your teeth. The video is members only now, it is basically mabu stance? Gerard Posted September 2 Yes ma bu/horse stance going up and down slowly. Focus on the going down more and then stay low as long as you like to ground all the lingering in the head Qi down to the ground and below like the roots of a tree. Another great exercise is "ma bu" but with both legs close to one another. This one focuses more on bringing the Gallbladder energy (yang) rather than the standard ma bu which focuses more on the Liver (yin), Stance would look like this: Shown in 5:20. But feet pointing forward rather than in an angle. Use kettlebells for squatting progression. Start with a higher weight and progressive drop down the weight once you become accustomed to an specific weight; eg. 10kg, 9kg, 8kg, 7kg, 5kg...until you can comfortably squat without the kettlebells. Hope this helps.
