0Zephyros Posted February 7, 2024 Hi there, I just found out about this forum today. I used to do something my teacher called "Yin Tai Chi" and I joined this forum on a quest to find it again. I recently got back into energy work and have been told that "yin" simply means internal. I know that's true, but when I look it up, I never find exactly what I'm looking for. Almost seems like I made it up. But I never forgot how powerful those practices felt even though I stopped learning it.
