So we can post pics bigger than 113.2 MB? For now, I recommend you resize images or link to a url. Making changes to permissible upload size is above my pay grade. I will tag @Trunk and @sean to see if they want to weigh in on the question.
Trunk Posted February 25 @Apech, @steve I have always linked to an externally stored image. Uploading images never worked for me, and I never looked into it further than that. That's how it is for now. - Trunk 1
blue eyed snake Posted February 25 I had troubles adding a picture too, which was new to me as I never had troubles before. I tend to simply drag and drop or copy paste. I changed the picture to JPG format and then It worked

-ꦥꦏ꧀ ꦱꦠꦿꦶꦪꦺꦴ- Posted February 25 @Apech you can use a free image editing website like pixlr to resize your pics or convert them into jpg
silent thunder Posted February 25 For nominal pics I opt to swap the files to jpg and reduce size to 20%, this exponentially reduces the file size and allows free sharing. My usual reduction is from 4mb down to under 200kb. If I really want to maintain the image integrity of the huge image and file size taken by the latest phones and cameras... i upload to a third party hosting site and link to the images from there through copy link location feature.

Jenn Posted February 25 4 minutes ago, Apech said: but I’m a boomer! Are you on windows 10 or 11? The default photo app can do it: open the photo on your computer, then at the top, there are three dots ( ... ) there is an option to resize. Drop the percentage a bit or changing the quality from high to medium should do the trick. It will show you the new size at the bottom before you choose OK, so you can play until it is under the limit 😊. If your on apple, no idea, I'm allergic to digital fruit. 1

(and one should have pictures dropped to the desktop show up as pictures and not just file names which makes the process much easier!) It's funny, I am dog sitting right now, and I have met the dog many times over the years and she is a real sweetheart, but I noticed this time she had a lot more odd tendencies we would describe as toxic if in a person. Those tendencies unfortunately match her owners. I've been pondering the impact people have on dogs lately.
