vegan.panda Posted March 2 (edited) Hello everyone, A friend of mine introduce me to this system called Heavenly Essence Qigong and Master Li Tianhua. I followed some of their free presentations on Zoom. There are 5 levels on this practice, most of them costing extraordinary sums of money (up to 5000 euros for level 5) and working for Yang Shen emergence on level 5. You can see the method here (https://heqigong.com/courses/)  I tried to do more research and I found this is based on Zhong Gong (ä¸åŠŸ) a spiritual movement based on qigong founded in 1987 by Zhang Hongbao, but with another name. Their teacher died in relatively young age (60 or so) in an accident.  Does anyone have experience on this path? And do you think the claims mentioned in the different levels are legit?  Thank you, Andreas Edited March 2 by vegan.panda
lightminefire Posted September 2 I've done module A and will do Module B. It's interesting good system for those who wants to mainly focus on health and yang shen (light body). Master Li right away give you core training to get there fast with good educational explanation each techniques.  In term of qi/energy will change into different type of qi for Neidan practice vs martial art qi.   over all I enjoy the journey of heavenly essence qigong. It's much better the. Spring foresting qigong,Lee Holden qigong or medical qigong I've tried.  I'm going to stay with my own lineage cultivation and Rudi Authentic qigong(fa qi).
Jeff495Caldwell Posted September 18 Hello,  I was hoping I could ask you about HEQ.  I was intrigued by it.  You mentioned you studied module A.  I have seen two way to study.  One through this organization.   https://heqigong.com/courses/#1679369013761-a60be864-61f8  The other is this school  https://www.qidragonschool.com/p/heavenly-essence-qigong-formal-study-level-1-part-i-life-preservation-qigong  I was curious how you are studying it and have you noticed that it’s worth the value.  Thank you for your time.  Jeff
