I wanted to post that after having the good fortune to listen to both videos and listen to a few of her other videos on her channel, I am extremely grateful to have come in contact with them.  

 

Lama Lena for me, uses few words and cuts to the bone. I very much like this style. She reminds me of Master Yoda, teaching Luke Skywalker.

 

I have had some insights from the instruction that has help me considerably for my meditation practice.
