I've nothing more to add to this topic.

I also don't think enlightened people give non-consensual orgasms to teenaged girls at McDonalds either.

Don´t they?  My guess is that enlightened people are hard to pin down, economically or otherwise.  Some ask for $20, some $20,000.  Some give it away for free, some give you money.  Wu wei is a bitch.

I'm willing to give it away for free.

Just have to remember where I left It.

why he so obsessed with sitting in lotus posture?

Personally, you should be obsessed with "mastering the breathing process" according to Theravada Buddhism:

https://www.dhammawheel.com/viewtopic.php?t=21892

There is a further key link about "nimitta" in that link which is an excellent piece of information.

That links with the meditation retreat link I sent you by pm after you asked about visualising deities (it will lead you nowhere).

This combined with IMA practices to remove deep blockages will set your practice up for life. You need to work with the Yin & Yang and the 5 Forces (elements) as in our world sitting meditation practice won't cut the mustard which is why moving the way structured according to Chinese IMA is so helpful.

All the best :)

How does one twitch their vagus nerve?

Stick your head in a bucket of water .

No ... I ' m  serious .

" Cold water face immersion: immerse your forehead eyes and at least 2/3 of both cheeks into cold water. This elicits the vagus nerve, decreasing heart rate, stimulating the intestines and turns on the immune system. "

'Part of ' ...   being part of the 'reaction ' of the 'TCR   .  ie . 'in association ;    the  TCR's afferent limb is the trigeminal nerve, and the efferent limb is the vagus nerve.

See the link I posted above in answer to  'how to twitch  ( 'elicits'    { to get or produce something, especially information or a reaction }  ) the Vagus nerve ' .

One can always try the fainting lark.

That's a trick that will make you the center of the party.

For more vagus tricks, why not go for the pooping reflex. Perhaps not at parties though...

If I faint , hold a folded wet napkin to my brow .

( That's the nice polite 'Victorian' way of getting a bucket of water in the face  ... by the way , dont give me 'smelling salts' to revive me , I errrr ... keep 'something special  ' in my  'snuff box'   for that . )

Here you go then ....  this one emerged in 1960 something , said to be 'on par' with the other 4 'original '  ; Nile , Tigris-Euphrates, Indus, and Yellow River  ( Huang He Valley)   civilizations :

Jul 11, 2023Although unknown to most Western scholars, this ancient civilization dates back 4,000 years—to the time when the first great societies along the Nile, Tigris-Euphrates, Indus, and Yellow rivers were flourishing. Thousands of people lived in towns like Gonur with carefully designed streets
