I forgot to add the following:

1. Nourish the mother of Wood, which is Water. Peak hours are  3pm to 8pm.

2. Nourish the Wood itself. Peak hours midnight to sunrise.

So to benefit from that practice during those hours.

Wood is intensified during spring season and full moon period.

You might want to check a couple of videos by Meir Schneider, especially those where he teaches palming and eye massage. I've met him personally and he is legit.

Street, park, anywhere outdoors. It's what I do. Asians do that too anywhere.

Just Asian squat? What about horse stance?

Something came to my mind. I've noticed that yawning has a relaxing effect on the face and eyes. I usually feel the stomach meridian that runs through the middle of the cheeks streching and opening and after that the eyes get watery which is good as they get lubricated and relax.

The Stomach meridian is a really good one for lots of face issues.

Very pleased to report that after 3 months of sung/sinking qi and massaging around the eye sockets and at acupressure points my pressure has dropped to 16 for each eye (previously 22 and 24) - thanks to everyone for advice.

That is wonderful!  Some time ago, there was a question regarding sinus pressure, and sinking qi and ocular massage were recommended as well - this clears me up quickly, when I remember to do it, and not wallow in self pity for being 'ill'.  Very interesting to observe, that the same technique can be effective for the relief of pressure, in two different bodily systems.  My approach is very instinctive, making me leery of attempting to teach .. but it is nice to see the learned scholars arrive at similar conclusions.  "Opening, loosening", instructive qi, open flow - one does not desire to recirculate the stagnation at the heart of the blockage - purging breath at intervals.  One of the difficulties in using qigong for self care is, when the physician does not feel inclined to work, the patient is doubly burdened!

Flying phoenix qigong has a tendency to relax the tension around eyes and improve vision.

You can try this free version

There are some paid ones by Terry Dunn that work the head more directly.
