Incredible thankyou. I've just read through the Cantong Qi. As I've fumbled around over the years with practices in movement and stillness it made me smile. I had heard of Wei Boyang and read quotes from him , not full texts though. In fact this is the first one I read so thanks again Apech. I will take a look at Wang Mu, again I recognise the authors name.
