Immediately after I came across some bio hacking video on YouTube where he mentioned a Daoist formula for the number of times you should finish. (Age -7)/4 😂 which I googled and it led me to this place. anyways…. I’ve been a fan of Alan watts for a long time, his lectures got me through an existential period of my life when I was questioning my fundamental Christian worldview and I still love listening whenever I feel like I’ve lost the playful aspect in my life. i make music and do some business things on the side. I’m reaching mid life and I’ve been wondering how to retain the oomph in my life without being anxious about the time slipping away. Excited to be here and hang with ya’ll ! For example if you are 43 you keep 4 days in between each time you finish. Ideally you keep way more than that but don’t obsess about it.
