All these self-proclaimed masters will die just like all other humans, and they will age in the same way. There is no extraordinary or "secret" teaching that sets them apart.
 

If there is one thing you can do with your life, it is to live it free from attachments, obsessions, and regrets. This will dramatically improve your day-to-day experience and prevent you from becoming a dependent slave to a particular teaching, guru, book, or any other kind of imaginary idea.

Read Professor Jerry Alan Johnson book: Internal alchemy: neigong and weigong it maybe a little bit expensive but that really worths the price, also you go to god after death not to dao for immortality you must do methods, you must learn neidan and do practices specially high-level ones. this argument is pointless you definitely don't know the meaning od Dao and neidan, you do NEED Practices mate

I would suggest focusing on basic cultivation practices, such as meditation and energy work, until a solid foundation is built and you begin to make progress, rather than seeking "high-level" practices.

Believe in me my dear friend you will miss a lot if you don't read that, it's very comprehensive and beginner friendly materials as well as advanced good one for reaching immortality like spiritual infant.

also about this i am saying this from many books which i have read for almost 20 years, all lead to this, all these practices ae waht for

but truly if someone doesnt learn neidan completely or kriya yoga, somehow his life is wasted, in my point of view we have limited opportunity to reach resurrection, enlightenment and immortality

i do for sure focus on basic practices, of course it must be built and start with foundations and basic practices, its like an Olympics athlete, it take years time and perseverance, also those practices are from start and basic ones until it reaches the end. thanks for your post mate

It is a lot of Longmen content clearly explained by a nothern master BUT IN CHINESE. A part of the content you mentioned before is in this video (see description), and in the channel there are many more, about 170 clips, but some only audio.

BTW, the teacher there (双丰老师) also does not answer the mails provided on YT (i tried), and as Nathan stated, that he is rarely online, which is reasonable if you are living a daoist way without much disturbance of the mind by modern media.
