You need to do more taiji form + zhan zhuang, my opinion.

No succes in internal alchemy without full jing.

@Master Logray My dear friend,  I appreciate your insights, though I believe my intentions may have been misunderstood. My interest in Taoism is not merely about seeking solutions to personal problems, but rather a deep appreciation for its wisdom and a desire to integrate it into my life, also i must learn the Practices of Three Transcendence and only Wang Liping and/or his Senior Students can teach me that (as far as i know, hope i find any alternatives), please go to Page 1 of this Thread and read fully The practices and practice Names and what they do, there are 45 Methods fully based on oral teachings of Lingbao bifa of Lu Dongbin. I love to Join with the Dao, that's my Final goal, but for that i need the corresponding Methods too, also I am aware that becoming an indoor disciple requires significant dedication, commitment, and resources. My aspiration is to pursue this path with sincerity and respect for the tradition. While I understand the challenges and prerequisites involved, I am committed to investing the necessary time and effort to cultivate authentic understanding.

I fully acknowledge that true cultivation requires time, dedication, and significant commitment, and I respect the level of seriousness you emphasize. However, my goal is not only to become an indoor disciple at this stage, but to find the most authentic and effective way to study and practice Taoist teachings which will lead to enlightenment.

While I understand that high-level teachings often come with significant costs and prerequisites, I am open to exploring different avenues that align with my current situation. If you have any recommendations for authentic sources or experienced teachers who may be more accessible, I would sincerely appreciate your guidance

You should keep in mind that to study with WLP you have to:

- be fluent in Mandarin

- be ready to pay more than $5000 (cost of attending WLP's regular retreat)

- Understand that it will be up to WLP to determine your level of achievement, and he will teach you only based on his assessment of your level, not what you want to study

Regarding certified WLP's senior students - it is good to keep in mind that they will teach only what is approved by WLP himself and based on their personal level of achievement. And this will not necessarily align with your wishes.

most of what you project here is false, speaking as one who's studied with him.

Out of advice, other then classic warnings.

One of which is Never meet your heroes.

The hope is that they recognize you as a kindred spirit who they're longing to take in and teach the secret sacred ways.

The reality is you're quickly filed under Annoying Westerner and the more you push, the more likely you're thrown out or sent on an eastern snipe hunt.

Solution is as old as time.  Find a teacher who's better than you are.  Not famous, no books, not an exotic art, not even a master, just a person willing to teach who knows more than you.  One who's dedicated decades to his art and is willing to share.  While studying keep an eye out for an opportunity to study or take a seminar with someone from WLP's lineage.

anyone got anything new ?

I think there is nothing new to say.

If you like the Longmen program by Wang Liping, you should enroll in Brine's courses. Learn, interact on the platform, and save money to travel to the annual retreat. These retreats are not open to everyone; you should have experience, some proficiency, and the ability to sit for an extended period.

BTW, in his last book, he teaches the first step in Sanxian Gong.

If you want to practice Neigong, you can stay with Rudi and travel when he organizes a seminar. You might also have the opportunity to train and be attuned by Master Zhou.

The practice of the three immortalities or trascendencies.

It is what Sinai wants to learn.

i have all these qualities for meditation. Yes i know these pre-requsites. i know most of the Sanxian Gong from his last book, except one or two. the thing is it doesn't go so far in his last book, and we might wait for 1 year and a half or 2 just to get some more practices. Sanxian gong is a must to learn if we need to become immortals

Who are Master Zhou and Rudi, can you give more details, the names are too general?

仙 xian1 does not actually refer to physically not dying (the 8 are mythical); it’s an epitaph for great merit.

Sorry, but this is not interesting at all. Perhaps Rudy will be interesting to someone for some kind of educational program in qigong.
