Hello. Athlete and workaholic reporting for duty.

I am a thirty-three year old Asian man in the US who has been weight training rigorously for more than two years now. I also work in the fitness industry as a sales representative. I love my job and I love my primary hobby.

 

I am deeply passionate about scholarly learning and philosophy, however, I feel it is time for me to actually get into a spiritual practice that isn't praying to Jesus. I am choosing Qi Gong instead of zen meditation or yoga.
