Anybody here has a training or workout regimen?

I train for both powerlifting and Olympic-style weightlifting, so I'm set for strength and muscle mass. I've been doing that for over two years. I don't do cardio though, other than walking from the parking lot to my work area.

 

I wonder if others here lift weights, or does zumba. Or something.

 

I justify my lack of cardio activity by occasionally fasting for a whole day. But still, a little cardio will do me wonders. Just busy.
