It’s a waste of time anyway arguing over what the actual word is used to describe the motion, it doesn’t matter. Especially when we are taking about a tradition that never used English originally. What’s more important is that you do equal rotations one way, then equal rotations the other way.

Agree.   Normally QG/NG/MA are equal rotation both ways.  Neidan can have some difference, the Yan Mau Orbiting is vertical and uneven 36/24.
