voidisyinyang Posted June 4, 2008 (edited) Wow Master McNeil -- news to me. But I'm almost positive the master Chiao he studied with is actually one of the authors of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. That book gives 12, not 9, energy nodes along the outside of the body. But it's the same concept. Â Guess not -- it's Master Chao. To get a broader perspective, I also have The Secrets Of Chinese Meditation by Charles Luk (K'Uan Lu Yu). I got it to clarify some of the more esoteric concepts he wrote about in Taoist Yoga. Well worth it. http://www.amazon.com/Secrets-Chinese-Medi...7123&sr=8-2 Edited July 26, 2008 by Lighttime
voidisyinyang Posted June 5, 2008 Yeah I've read all of Charles Luk's books but I actually got to chapter 10 or so of Taoist Yoga -- the IMMORTAL BREATHING and went 8 days on just half a glass of water. Of course I had lots of help from taking http://springforestqigong.com classes.
