EagerMind Posted June 4, 2008 I've heard about this before and since I'm not a scientist can't verify it for myself. Some people say soy is amazing for you some people say it will kill you, I have no idea but I do eat it every once in a while (probably more that I know). I occasionally eat miso soup with tofu in it but only once every couple of weeks and I also occasionally drink soy milk but not very often. If I knew it was health I would eat it a lot more often! If you look at studies carefully it's easy to see where the flaws are if you apply common sense. Look at who's funding the studies and what their agendas are. Contrast that with independent research. Look beyond your own aversions and attractions and tap in to what's resonant for you even if it goes against long held beliefs. The confusion clears up .
