林愛偉 Posted June 7, 2008 (edited) Thanks Dan & Jedi. When i posted this link i was like 'what can i write'?. haha - nothing. the subtle wonder shines throughout the commentary. When we trust and open to it, the truth of the message is there and in us. Attaining wisdom is first and foremost. Living a life revolving around Patience, Compassion and Wisdom is second to none. Be mindful of Amitabha Buddha. Recite Amitabha Buddha in all moments of the day and night. Walk, Stand, Lay and Sit in the mindfulness of Amitabha Buddha. These three keys are more important than eating. Making vows to be reborn in Amitabha Buddha's Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss is the foundation of your cultivation. Within the study of the Buddha Dharma: Anything we can understand is just our blessings. Anything we doubt is just our afflictions. By the changing of our mind can we attain great wisdom and end afflictions. Yet, by the ignorance of our thoughts we can empower afflictions and forever turn on the wheel of birth and death by our own doing. One can not end the cycle of birth and death through defiling thoughts: Lust, Greed, Anger, Ignorance and Arrogance. Cultivation is not pure unless there is the ending of lust and lustful practices. Such is just the defiled mind. Afflictions are heavy, one can not end them by sheer intellect. Recite the Buddha's name diligently to see through the cloud of afflictions and attain the wisdom of the Buddha's. No spiritual power is greater than that of the Buddha mind. No cultivation is greater than that which attains pure and undefiled wisdom. Do not hesitate to put down your views, and humble yourself to Amitabha Buddha, for the pure and unalterable, unmovable wisdom mind is just the mind of Amitabha Buddha...is just the Buddha-Mind. _________________ Namo Amitabha Buddha Edited June 7, 2008 by 林愛偉
