How effect would this be and would you visualize the Kua's or certain elements during the Chanting? Â Anyone have any more information on Chanting Yin Yang or Bagua? Â regards WYG Â I understand chanting is one of the tools for keeping focus on the abdomen and emptying mind. Also, Trunk in his website puts good ideas about trigramms to be a kind of catalysts.
