ChiDragon Posted July 9, 2013 I have the experience and it's terrible for Qi. I feel depleted and empty afterwards. When I was younger, I had no problem to energize myself, but as I get older it's becoming harder and harder to re-energize afterwards. Likewise but practice Chi Kung will re-energize afterwards.
