It is a powerful frequency generator that operates through plasma (electrified noble gas) and penetrates deeply, because it is frequency specific (into quite a few digits after the dot (or comma)) it is very specific at targeting issues which have their own specific frequency. For example virusses and bacteria (any kinds) that may be inside of you can be killed externally. There are lists of hundreds or more diseases which can be helped in this way. Supposedly the discovery was suppressed in it's day (and still now) because it's so effective and eliminates the need for many, potentially 'all', 'pharmaceuticals'.
