Gerard Posted August 14, 2008 Namaste, Â August 16, 2008. On Saturday and pushing hard. It is the last full moon of the Yin cycle here in the southern hemisphere. I don't know about you guys, living in the northern hemisphere but I felt it hard in my evening meditation. Looking forward for tomorrow's night practice.
