How can I increase my Testosterone?

I have very weak erections... I saw too much porn and ejaculated a LOT. Now I am not getting erections...

 

A while ago I had mentioned about this in another thread...

 

I strongly feel that testosterone is my main problem... Can you give me some wise advice as to how I can increase my testosterone?

 

My erection is exactly like the third one in this image :( (i am 33 years old)

I think training the PC muscle will help. the same muscle as u use when are peeing in toilet and stop the pee with the muscle . :P

Get a blood test before you just assume low testosterone levels are your problem. It could be completely psychological, or physical, or somewhere in between.

1. Test for 'free testosterone level' and not overall testosterone level. Its the free roaming testosterone that does the magic. But at age 33 (I'm 32), our testosterone level has most certainly dropped.

 

2. Lose weight (that is if you're overweight) Testosterone converts to estrogen through the enzyme aromatase and the enzyme is found mainly in fat cells. These reduce the amount of free testosterone further. Also excessive estrogen has a negative effect on your libido and erection. A vicious cycle.

 

3. Take zinc supplement (as suggested above). Zinc inhibits aromatase activities. Zinc gluconate is by the most bio-available synthetic supplement otherwise, take lots of oyster. Be sure to check the RDA. Excessive amount of Zinc is toxic

 

4. Reduce or eliminate alcohol as it burden your liver's P450 function responsible for eliminating excessive estrogen among other things. Same goes for cigarettes.

 

5. Supplement to increase testosterone: Tongkat Ali is the best that there is bar none. Buy the pure root extract, extract strength at least 1:50, 400 mg per capsule. Its not cheap but its awesome (from personal experience). Another supplement to go for is Tribulus (haven't tried this though)

 

Finally, while testosterone is THE main male hormone responsible for sexual function (among other things), increasing the level of your NO->cGMP may be what you need to get an upright erection.

 

NO-Nitric Oxide is the pre-cursor of cGMP, the erectile dilator.

You should really see a good TCM doctor.

 

You have essentially put out the flame and it's a long road to get it back. A lot of the advice is only going to make it worse. You were likely very yin deficient which most men always are, which is the aspect that maintains or keeps in check the yang fire. You don't want to keep increasing the yang you first need to completely rebuild the yin and then start to gradually increase the yang. You might need to take 'liu wei di huang wan' '6 flavor pills' for several months along with some treatment. Eating red meat probably isn't going to be good, milk or things that have mucous probably isn't good because your spleen likely isn't working right so your not really getting the proper qi from the food you're eating. You need green vegetables, kidney beans, mung beans, eat white meats for awhile. How is the summer weather treating you? are you hot or cold? Sweating a lot? Hot but not sweating?

Summer weather is fine.... I just feel normal. I don't have sweat like you have described. I also don't have ringing in the ears, blurry vision, poor memory etc.

 

My only symptom is very weak erections... When I sleep I get erections but they go away as soon as I wake up.

 

Do you think Cordyceps can help with Yin or this condition?

Cordyceps is more of a lung strenthening stamina herb so maybe a little but that money would be better spent on 'liu wei di huang wan', there doesn't have to be any symptoms of yin deficiency because you were still fine just using up the yang side so you don't notice until they are both gone. Ideally though you shouldn't take any herbs until after the age of 40 so the best advice is don't have any sex or try for awhile and let it sort it self out with a good diet. If you want to try herbs after the 6 flavor pills for awhile you would switch to 'you gui wan'.

Depending on the person they (yin herbs liu wi di huang wan) can work quick in a week or two but also sometimes need to build up as they are a tonic and tonify over time. Yin excess is pretty evident when you are urinating every 30 minutes, so that is one way to know its built up enough. The yang herbal formulas (you gui wan) though are only slightly different and just add a few warming spicy herbs to the yin tonics so there isn't a huge difference when you switch to the yang formula.

 

Still think about abstaining for awhile. Men are on an 8 year cycle so a lot of changes happened at 32 that you weren't used to so you have to moderate yourself now but you should find that you can maintain a certain level until you turn 40 then you have to cut back again.

 

Food that is wet cooling green is yin food, food that is red, spicy is yang. Let your palate guide you to a certain extent.

Take this product: http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/VY16 and cut back on ejaculating. If you are going to ejaculate, do it in a woman.

 

Your bloodwork is fine, just low test. This will fix it. Cyce it like:

 

For best results use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks followed by a 2 week off period. During this time you can use Viraloid at a dosage of 6 capsules per day for 10 days.

 

This is the BEST stuff on the market. You also need to eat more meat, your protein levels are too low. Viraloid and Anabolic 7, a high-protein diet and powerlifting have allowed me to put on 35 lbs. of permanent muscle (so far) and I am so horny and aggressive yesterday I broke the hack squat machine at my gym.

You're suffering from Porno Shock. You don't need a higher testosterone count you just need a vacation from the pornography. Part of the excitement of sexual arousal stems from the actual conquest of attaining a woman. The ease at which you're finding the arousal coupled with the common fake breasts and attractive bodies are ruining real world sexuality for you.

 

If you insist on increasing your levels of testosterone, go exogenous and shot 500mg of Testosterone Enanthate into your system weekly, or pick up some Tribulus Terrestris from your local health food store to bolster natural testosterone productions.

 

Really though, just stop the porn for a while.

OK, this is the worst advice ever. Stay away from this crap. Messing with your hormone levels by taking these suplements will never help you in the long run.

This stuff can only be taken for a while because it interferes with your body's feedback mechanisms that regulate the hormone levels. That is why they cycle this with another junk drug to try and help you recover afterwards. This stuff is intended to help put on muscle.

Are bodybuilders known for being great lovers? I think not. Ever seen bodybuilders in your porn movies?

Your test levels are all pretty normal. Your problem is probably psychological. If you think you have a mechanical problem with your parts see a urologist.

You are nuts to come to a board like this for that kind of advice.

People here will tell you all kinds of crap.

 

And by the way, do meditate, and do some qigong if you don't already :>)

Just go with the Mayway teapills the bigger economy size for the first then the you gui wan. You might find them at a local health food store. Cinnamon is a yang warming herb, so to some extent trust your food cravings if you want spicy warm foods maybe thats a sign that your yin is re-building.

 

The advice of pro-hormones etc. is stupid it's like adding gasoline to the flame to get it to burn hotter, where building up the yin is like stockpiling wood so you can ensure it will burn for a long time. Also avoid energy drinks.

Herbs, diet, etc will not help. Your problem is not with testosterone levels but that you have become too anxious whenever you begin to have an erection, oh my god, am I now going to whack off or can I leave it alone?

 

The problem is that you have linked any erotic response to porn and jerking off. It causes guilt and anxiety, especially if you try to have an erection in response to a real person.

 

Meditation to help confront your fears, practice having sex with a real person, and learn to enjoy the erotic part of your being... these are what spending money on therapists will tell you to do, so why not do it on your own?
