How to open Heart Chakra?

You cant over look the basic mudra with hands clasped at your sternum to open the heart.There is a reason saints and buddhas use that mudra

 

It is the last step of Xiang Gong while in the Wu Ji/void state to radiate the energy generated from the heart center

 

while in meditation you can clasp hands at the heart center then reverse them so palms face out, the results are pretty amazing

Well Gurdieff states that if a male has sex before he's 14 then his consciousness is permanently magnetized in his lower chakras. The typical modern male is between a Number 2 and Number 3 person, according to Gurdejiff's system. This means that the Number 3 person focuses their normal conceptual awareness so strongly that they start to open up the pineal gland. The Number 4 person has their pineal gland permanently magnetized. The Number 2 person is controlled by the lower emotions -- the electrochemical energy of the organs. A pervert is a Number 1 person which means their consciousness is stored more in the sacrum -- essentially they use up their jing and so need to feed on other peoples' jing (electrochemical energy) in order to restore the jing -- which is then turned back into generative or sex fluid. So the pervert does this CONSCIOUSLY whereas a Number 2 or Number 3 person has repressed the sex energy and the other lower emotions and then sublimates the sex energy through work. What's different about Gurdjieff (and Taoism, etc.) is that a person CONSCIOUSLY sublimates (cleanses) and purifies the sexual energy in order to create electromagnetic energy which opens up the pineal gland through light, bending spacetime back into the absolute or pure consciousess: female formless awareness. So the pervert is convinced that they can secretly (consciously) control other peoples' energy through their own desires (their electromagnetic awareness focused in their lower chakras) to create more sexual fluid. The qigong master does the opposite -- controls other peoples' energy into order to create more electromagnetic LIGHT energy which is then used to harmonize or cleanse and purify the energy blockages of the other lower emotions (sadness, anger, fear, worry). Both the qigong master and the pervert are not in control -- but the qigong master in order to be successful HAS to rely on female formless awareness -- HAS to resonate his/her ego (electromagnetic awareness) with the original source of energy, the consciousness -- and this is achieved by LISTENING to truth through body-mind unification or the full-lotus harmonics. The truth happens on it's own -- there's nothing for a qigong master to do -- nor for a pervert to do -- both are deluded. Who will find the truth first? None of them -- it's all a great joke. That's why I like the book, "Bones of my Master" by George Crane -- about the Ch'an master who faces off his former student turned sex yoga guru in Hong Kong. The Ch'an master just sits in full-lotus as the sex yoga guru tries to suck off his energy -- you just let the lower consciousness -- the electromagnetic awareness stored in the lower chakras pull your electromagnetic energy down -- deconverting the chi back into jing and then back into sexual fluid -- it feels like psychic rape -- it IS psychic rape. But the full-lotus is a free energy resonator. You just sit and wait and all good things come to pass -- the electromagnetic energy returns back to it's source, female formless awareness -- even perverts are infantilized by the females around them who the pervert may successfully seduce and sleep with -- the pervert is then sucked off -- even if it pulls the electromagnetic awareness of the females' around them back into THEIR lower chakras. Both evil and good go back to the same source -- just through opposite paths.
