would someone direct me to some good reference material and/or explain a bit about the 8 directions?

particularly the attributes/virtues/etc of each individual direction. (as elaborate as possible?)

8 is about sacred numerics. If you understand sacred geometry... you can do "magic" and create quantum leaps.

 

2 is yin yang

3 is trinity. earth man heaven

5 is five elements

6 is heavenly elements

8 is the result of 3... "eight psychic channels"

etc...
