Yuen Biao Posted October 27, 2008 (edited) I'd give Eastern Condors a 5.5 personally. Â Lam Ching Ying - Mr. Vampire.....................5.5 Â Yuen Biao - Kid From Tibet..................5.5 Iceman Cometh................4.5 Â Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Yuen Biao - Dragons Forever...............5 Edited October 27, 2008 by Yuen Biao
thelerner Posted October 29, 2008 G.A, you are the man, when it comes to action flicks. I'd only add.  Jack Chan The Big Brawl...............5.0 his best IMHO  Jet Li the man and actor is amazing. I'd drop the Once Upon a Time in China III to 3.0 though, particularly because the first two were so good. Same with Shaolin Temple.  Lone Wolf and Cub is amazing in movie or picture book form. I think the movie I saw included all the episodes into one.  I'm a big fan of Zato Ichi series; the recent movie that came out a few years ago butchered the character, just as Zato did to so many bad men   Its ironic that as a kid I had a choice of 4 channels, but had Samurai Sunday on every week. Now with 150 channels the great Kung Fu flicks are absent. I saw many of the original Bruce Lee films in theaters with my Mom, who likened them to great ballet. I was lucky.   Thanks for your list, it brings back memories.  Michael

Desert Eagle Posted November 30, 2008 Tai Chi by Jet Li was/is considered by some critics to be his best movie. There are two english dubs I know of, the one that sucks is everywhere (they talk slow and dull), the good dub I didn't find on the internet but at the local video shop. Â I use to like kung fu flicks but not anymore, I want to stop watching and start training.
