do you need the CD to do the small universe meditation?

Any kind of video or audio helps but no it's not needed. It acts as a guide, you still have the path, follow it yourself, youll be fine. If you do find audio, snag it.

last I knew they had the small universe on tape, clearance price for $3. I picked it up just because it was $3 a couple months ago but I've been too busy with other practices to try it.

No. There are several variations on the small universe meditation. You can do it the way chunyi lin describes without listening to him say om and mo. Or you can do it as anyone describes it. (ken cohen, mantak chia, bruce frantzis etc etc etc........)

if I remember correctly, Frantzis claimed that there actually was eleven different small circulations....

He didn`t elaborate on it though.

Does somebody know anything about the 11 small circulations?
