minkus Posted October 3, 2008 (edited) Does anyone have more information about a set of exercises apparently originating from the WU style of taijiquan ? A neikung set containing 12 yin and 12 yang exercises and is said that when the 12 yin exercises are practiced for 3 months together with sexual abstinence that one can stand a jump on the belly by someone standing at great hight. Any info or reference would be greatly appreciated.
