Spirit Ape Posted October 9, 2008 Hi Guys, Im looking for a Taoist or Buddhist seated and standing stretching routine that works on all the meridian system etc. I seen Wudang standing TAO YOGA on youtube which is great im looking for a seated stretching routine also that will open up the full body. Anyone have any knowledge where i could buy a complete routine that bhas seated and standing, kneelng, lying postures that relate with Taoist theories? Spirit Ape I have meridian flexibilty book and yoga books but im after something better i know that sounds crazy but a complete working and knowledge like a course in just body flexiblity working with meridians and organs basically Taoist philosphy!
