Spectrum Posted October 14, 2008 (edited) Fun Stuff. Noticed Wuji as centralized connective posture brings wudang style into perspective as a manifestation of the taiji principles of 4 part interchange. Beautiful Classical Postures and Transitions. rain Posted October 14, 2008 (edited) Thank you for posting these, truly good energy to wake up to, watching them in the morning. Inspiring. The second is showing some of the soft slow movements I have been trying to explain, coming through in the spontaneous qigung practise. It is so yin without any whip, just flow on flow, and pause, sometimes in what I experience as extreme posisitons the body almost stops (the slower the move the deeper the work) to allow further expansion or start countermovements, all according to inner unconscious guidance, or from as you say; wuji (may be understood as antigravital balancepoint?) as centralized connective posture, that is wuji not necessarily as steep as the first ones. Definitely fun stuff. Edited October 14, 2008 by rain
