zanshin Posted October 18, 2008 Has anyone noticed their sense of direction has gotten better with practicing qigong and meditation? Somehow in the past few years I have gone from easily getting lost to fairly consistently knowing which way to go even if not much environmental cues. I have never really had a problem with my sense of direction, and haven't been lost since regularly losing my mother at the supermarket when I was very young. Â However, I have noticed a change in how I get to places. Instead of mentally planning a route and following it as I used to, I now just walk out my door and end up in the right place.
