sean Posted August 2, 2005 Sean, Â So what's the difference between warrior wellness and freedom by degree? Â -Kyle 5803 Â Whereas Warrior Wellness DVD has Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced routines, I would say the Freedom by Degree tapes are the next level ... Warrior Wellness "Mastery" ... from circles to cloverleafs, it's a nice refinement.
sean Posted August 2, 2005 On second thought, I meant from figure eights to cloverleafs.
Tenguzake Posted August 2, 2005 I like Warrior Wellness so far. My schedule has been hosed up since I got it so I'm not doing it every day, but the times I've done it I do like it. I usually add some of the Chi Kung warmups from Winn's CKF 3 DVD after doing the Warrior Wellness routine. A couple of times I've done the routine in my office while listening to lawyers drone on in long conference calls. Â The deal I'm working on closes next week so I expect to have my review of Maximology out probably the week after. Â Be Genki, Â Tenguzake
sean Posted August 3, 2005 Tenguzake, I'm definitely looking forward to your Maximology review. And thanks for the tip with throwing in CFK3 warmups into the mix, I'd forgotten about those and I believe the neck release exercise on that DVD may be just what I need right now. Â Yoda, how are you digging WW? Â Â Sean.

Sean. 5829  Sean,  Yeah, the neck release from CKF 3 is a very nice addition to the neck exercises in WW. I think this will help me cut down on trips to the chiropractor.  Be Genki,  Tenguzake
Yoda Posted August 13, 2005 I finally watched and tried Warrior Wellness!! Â After rave reviews from Plato, Sean, and now Michael I finally broke down and watched the damn thing. Â I have had exposure to Pavel's joint mobility material so I figured it was redundant, but it was great. I watched the beginner one once and then watched it again while doing it and it feels very nice. Sometimes those Russians can take asian concepts and make them very accessible, and this is a prime example. Â This "feels" nicer to do than stretching and it doesn't tax the ego if you aren't super flexible. Best of all, it delivers a fantastic buzz when you are done. Â I'm all about the buzz. GrandTrinity Posted August 13, 2005 ...... Yeah I been enjoying Warrior Wellness too, its a great buzz. I also get a buzz from his Zdorovye, but dont worry so much about that, if you got body flow, its a step above. Â Now, I am contemplating getting clubbels! Â Looking foward to seeing whats up with Maximology? and of course Prasara will be sweet!?!!? Â MUST GO BACK TO TRAINING!
