thelerner Posted October 31, 2008 When you don't feel like drinking water, find another glass. Sometimes a 5 or 6 ounce glass just seems right. I'll chug it down and grab another, even if I didn't feel like a large glass. Adding cucumber to water is surprisingly good. I like lime, but cucumber is has a slightly sweet very refreshing aura to it. Make up a pitcher of water each day and add some slices. This time of year allergies are creating nasal drip that cause soar throats. So if you want to be conventional, dry yourself up with 6 or 12 hour Over The Counter allergy or cold medicine.
