thelerner Posted October 31, 2008 When you don't feel like drinking water, find another glass. Sometimes a 5 or 6 ounce glass just seems right. I'll chug it down and grab another, even if I didn't feel like a large glass. Â Adding cucumber to water is surprisingly good. I like lime, but cucumber is has a slightly sweet very refreshing aura to it. Make up a pitcher of water each day and add some slices. Â Â This time of year allergies are creating nasal drip that cause soar throats. So if you want to be conventional, dry yourself up with 6 or 12 hour Over The Counter allergy or cold medicine.
