Hi kunlunountains,

Welcome to the 'bums. Hope you have fun here.

p.s. Might be worthwile re-posting your Class notice in the main forum, not everyone visits the lobby

Sweet...I like this style, although it is somewhat hard to teach yourself. I wish I was near where your classes are. Welcome.

Thanks for the welcome Scotty

It would probably be easier to create your own qigong system :D

Where are you located?

The upper peninsula of Michigan. Pretty far away.

I did find what seems to be the best free resource on Wild Goose, what do you think:

I also got Dr. Hu's video, and it seems pretty much the same.

Was looking into Michael Tse's book, to get the details down.

:D Yeah Michigan is a little far. Of all the Wild Goose Qigong Resources, I would suggest Michael Tse dvd(1-3) as they cover the 1st 64 of the Kunlun Dayan System. Though there are many resources on the web, it seems that Tse's movement is the clearest. What I have learned, during my studyof Wild Goose Qigong, is the importance of stimulating or relating to the acupressure points and moving from the waist, and online I often see muddy movement that lacks proper connection. Michael Tse studied with Yang Mei Jun and his movement is clear.

Enjoy your practice

If you are ever in NYC, check out Adam Wallace- Good Dayan Qigong teacher
