Tao99 Posted December 6, 2008 (edited) This is clearer maybe: Heaven and Earth have no mercy, they treat all things as straw dogs. Heaven and Earth have no mercy. Kind of like karma. When one's karma finds one, who is the cause? However, best English term for this meaning is impartial = no favorites or special mercy/treatment for favs. Heaven and Earth are impartial, they treat all things as straw dogs.
