Firstly I would like all of us to review carefully the Rules for Fair Argument here in Post #4. Please review them twice.

 

On top of this I would add that, just for the moment, no accusations or blame are cast at anyone.

 

I would like each of you, Gossamer, Argentum Corvus, and snakecharmer, to post your agreement that:

 

1. You are still committed to achieving complete resolution of the problem between you all, and

2. That you will 100% abide by the rules of engagement that I have just outlined.

Let Mak Tin Si fix the situation, I'm NOT agreeing to anything where people plotted and maneuvered to have me kicked off a forum where I had been since 2001.

 

A forum that David hacked and took off the internet, and then played Paul Younan (the forum owner) as a fool because he (David) wanted ME GONE, and off that list, by his (David's) hand.

 

It's not my fault that Christians are completely stupid as to anything magical.

Please be aware that I am not a formal moderator of this forum as such I have no power to delete anybodies posts.

 

I am happy though to guide things in a suggested direction which I firmly believe will achieve true and lasting resolution.

 

A suggestion I have is that, if anyone does violate the agreed upon 'rules of engagement', instead of trying to punish them for such a breach an effort be made to bring any such assertions back within the realm of the said agreement.

It must be said that there is simply no way possible to prove or disprove the actions of anyone involved here. So all we can do is acknowledge that 'something' has gone wrong in the past and examine carefully what can be done now to manifest the resolution we are all aiming for.

I want to first tell a story, this just happened.

 

Wednesday, I went to see my internist, as I believe that you know, I've had TEN operations on my left tibia plateau (where the knee and leg join together).

 

If this gets infected (again) it would be very, VERY bad.

 

OK, onward through the fog..........

 

Everytime I go to a medical clinic David knows, and he can read the dictation of the folks like my wife (she cannot type on me, as we are married) as he has keylogged her entire section.

 

Keyloggers transmit EVERY KEYSTROKE to a waiting computer to be read.

 

So, I needed a certain order to go from here in Northern Iowa (from my Internist' office), to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

 

Which is about 120 miles North of here.

 

Now, you don't have to believe ANYTHING that I believe, but David had the smarts to simply block this very pertinent piece of information from going to the world famous Mayo Clinic (where I had my last two operations).

 

Everybody on both sides of this was astonished that this would NOT go through as it was sent.

 

But I'm not astonished by anything to do with this SOB, as I learned long ago how brilliant he is on a computer.

 

So, we had to get in our car, my wife miss a day of work, and drive a 120 miles to Mayo Clinic's Emergency Room.

 

And hand deliver the order that would NOT go through via computers.

 

On the other hand, we got a day together that was totally unscheduled (I Love spending time with my wife! ), and we got to listen to some great tunes on the car stereo, and on the return journey, the moon was 3 quarters full shining on the snow, illuminating all of the surrounding landscape, it was really beautiful.

 

This was this past Thursday night.

 

But you see, this is what we're dealing with, that even my very private medical results are instantly available to him, he can simply STOP the flow of medical information between one clinic to another, just as easily as he can keep me from writing a review at Amazon.com.

 

This is the kind of stuff that seems totally insane, that sociopaths DO.

 

They also appeal to the people in charge of any given situation, and say "Oh poor me, my "rights" are being violated and trampled upon by gossamer".

 

Immediately, David wants ALL of my insults removed. Fuck him.

 

He's got "control" of our lives to the point of making us drive 120 miles into Minnesota, because he's hacking computers, I have absolutely NO REMORSE over ANY, no not even ONE of his so-called "rights", being lost..

 

What of MY RIGHT to have a form go to Minnesota unimpeded??

 

You DON'T believe ANY of this, only because you haven't LIVED IT LIKE WE HAVE.

 

I'll agree that you (Stigwerd) are the man in trying to fix a very messy and near impossible situation.

And this was a forum where he literally hacked it and took it off the internet, in October/November 2007.

 

The forum LOST over 2 and a half YEARS of archives, when this happened, that were totally irreplaceable!

 

But because David had a long term "plan" for Paul Younan (the forum owner), and Paul is so stupid that he knows absolutely NOTHING about magic , and David and his associates used spell work to pull off what they did there.

 

Paul all the while saying "Christians cannot be harmed by evil"..............RIGHT.................keep telling yourself that, as the band on the H.M.S. Titanic plays on.

 

Mal asked the WRONG question.

 

The RIGHT question is: "Have ANY of your magical associates ever cursed Albion or his family members?"

 

But because Mal is a Virtuous man, he expects THE TRUTH to be told to him in return, because he (Mal) is asking for THE TRUTH..........but a sociopath *IS UNABLE TO TELL THE TRUTH* in return , even if he's asked directly.

 

David's "teacher", a former Gardnerian "wiccan", from what I hear, has cursed me, back when I still lived in Arkansas.

 

Ask him WHY HE GOT FIRED, go join the Original Arkansas Witches Yahoo list, as I suggested last night, and THEN LISTEN to what Arkansas pagans are saying about all of his bullshit.

I am not asking you to 'kiss and make up' ... the reality is that, for whatever turn of fate, you have all arrived at our humble home ... my efforts therefore are aimed at keeping this place in some semblance of peace while the real work of Mak Tin Si's service takes place.

 

So please understand that at no stage am I going to ask anyone here to believe the other person's point of view. It is well and truly obvious that that will not take place. As mentioned above, for the moment, dispute management takes precedence over dispute resolution.

 

My simple request is this ... if any of you, Gossamer, Argentum Corvus, or Snakecharmer, insist on making comment about your involvement with each other then I ask you to follow the guidelines I have suggested.

I've sat back and patiently held my tongue regarding this whole thing for a long time. My apologies Stig, for not PM'ing you a long time ago and letting you know I would not be sending the $10 I originally decided to. I had gone back and started reading many of gossamers posts again to see if I could get a grasp on the situation at hand. And frankly, it made me feel sick. Because as much of a geek as I am, I should have noticed quite a few things a long time ago. While I won't go so far to say that most of the computer issue you talk about are impossible to cause in the way you say they are, I will say that the probabilities are high in the billions. you obviously have little grasp for many things when it comes to computers, because the things you are saying this man has done, not even the most malicious hackers that spend all their time writing code have managed. While in your head there may very well be something going on, I think that perpetuating the lie to this community is despicable.
