Franklin Posted December 30, 2008 are you referring to the 5 tigers from the hebei xingyi quan (Tang Shou Tao association) passed down from- Li Tsun Yi Zhang Zhun Feng Hong Yi Xiang Hsu Hong Ji and very popular in the US due to students of Hong Yi Xiang and Hsu Hong Ji   for Hebei style xing yi the 5 elements are the most important Pi, Tsuan, Beng, Pao, Heng  the 12 animal forms are for further exploring the movements and powers of the 5 elements as well as for conditioning the body  some branches might have separate power training for different animals or elements...  the five tigers are just five different movements repeated   Franklin Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
