i think it's probably going to happen. eventually it has to happen. how else are you going to get the energy to go and visit other worlds? (and in the process discover other kinds of neat uses for that kind of an energy) but it's going to happen probably later than sooner

if people wait for other's (officials) approval first before trying to get it done
