Trunk,

 

You've been trying every ab drill out there--have you tried roman chair situps? If so, what do you think? I've not tried them much, but I'd imagine that they are good for psoas health. Pavel really pushes them in his Joint Mobility book as the solution to lordosis. Some people say that doing standard situps shortens the psoas and increases lordosis.

No, not really. B)

 

My interest is ab.work that gets deeply into the insides, and the ones that I've found really effective for that area I've pretty much stumbled onto - as they're generally not specifically advertised for the sort of effects I'm looking for.

 

I'll give the roman chairs a whirl and get back to you.
