I found this in a book about yang sheng... it is an exercise : you are pressing 36 times points behind the ears, and your fingers are drumming on back of your head - and you are clenching your teeths 36 times... gu shen: it shall be a description of dao4 道 gu shall symbolize the nothingness and shen symbolizes everlasting change... could it be: 谷神 of ddj 6?
