I have studied Zen techniques with Toyo and Petra Kobayashi in Munich and am familiar with books on Oriental breathing, in particular "Hara, vital center of man" by Duerckheim, "Oreintal Breathing" by Dr. Takashi Nakamura and also "Deep breathing" by S.
