lightminefire Posted February 27, 2009 quick question regarding to breathing. does it matter if you breath out from ur mouth and not ur nose. also, what about reverse breathing since the book very touch on that or at lease not the breathing per say. I want to get this right
Trunk Posted February 27, 2009 Not that I'm certified to speak (other than having a mouth ), but I think that for kunlun it's important to breathe comfortably deep in a natural unforced way. No fancy breathing techniques. The breath might change spontaneously, and that's fine. But as "what to do?" when you have any say in the matter, comfortably deep, natural, through whatever orifice suits you at the time. does it matter if you breath out from ur mouth and not ur nose.also, what about reverse breathing since the book very touch on that or at lease not the breathing per say. I can't say for Kunlun, but I'd say on The Tao Bums you breathe tongue-in-cheek. Edited February 28, 2009 by Hardyg
